Brussels Art Square

21 – 23 September 2018

In September, for the fifth year in a row, Brussels will once again become the centre of Art and Antiques, hosting one of the most sparkling and interesting initiatives held in the European capital: Brussels Art Square (B.A.S.).
Founded in 2005 by a group of antiques dealers, Brussels Art Square aims to promote the well-established Sablon Square as an important and unique location for art and antiques in Belgium, and to foster international links and draw visitors to this colourful gallery district. A different European country is selected every year and this year it is the Netherlands turn to be the privileged Guest of Honour.

Over the weekend of the 21rd – 23th September, the city will welcome a selected group of art dealers coming from The Netherlands to exhibit within the Sablon area galleries: an ‘open door’ event inaugurating the artistic fall season and an amazing opportunity to establish or to consolidate connections and partnerships among the Art market specialists.

Joan Wijermars Sculpture and Works of Art will exhibit at Desmet Gallery, 39 rue des Minimes.
